Coity Bach Farm offers two traditional farmhouse 4 star self catering cottages on a working farm in the heart of the Brecon Beacons National Park in Mid Wales. The cottages provide stunning views of the Black Mountains and Brecon Beacons National Park, some of the most beautiful countryside Wales has to offer. 

We offer dog, child and family friendly self catering accommodation. We are situated 1/2 mile from the village of Talybont-on-Usk with its 4 pubs, Monmouth to Brecon Canal, Reservoir, Waterfalls and Taff Trail, 41/2 miles from the market town of Brecon in Powys with a full range of facilities including the Theatre Brycheiniog. 20 minute drive from the book town of Hay-on-Wye and Abergavenny. 

Our Cottages offer ideal base for a wide range of outdoor activities, including walking, cycling, horse riding and many more with footpaths, bridleway and cycle routes all within five minutes from the farm. The Farm offers secure cycle storage and bike and boot washing facilities. Guests are welcome to borrow a selection pushbikes and baby carrier/tag attatchment, we also have a selection of baby carriers/backpacks for walking. Other activities include fishing, riding, climbing, caving, kitesurfing, sailing.

We also have the Gold Green Tourism Business award, and have recently been made a Sustainable Tourism Champion.

Peacock Cottage

Named after the Peacocks on the farm. This 3 bedroom cottage is next to the current farm house. It has a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a mezzanine upper level with twin beds plus a futon double, sleeping up to 6 people. The bathroom has a shower, bidet, toilet and sink. Dishwasher. Ty Fferm Hen

Is the original 1500 century farm house of Coity Bach Farm. This 1 bedroom cottage sleeps 2-4 people, and has a stone spiral stairs, slipper Victorian bath, log burner, handmade wooden kitchen, it has one bedroom with a double and a single bed in that turns into a double on the landing parted from the main bedroom by a curtain. Click for further info
